Samsung’s current Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Watch 5 release plans and color schemes

Samsung's current Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Watch 5 release plans and color schemes
If you’ve been following Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 software and mass production over the past few weeks, you probably weren’t surprised to learn that the two devices are expected to be unveiled together around the end of August. That very certainly suggests that the world’s leading smartphone manufacturer also has specific plans for when such launch event will take place and when its two next-generation foldables will actually go on sale worldwide. If you’ve been keeping up, you’ll know that Samsung’s current release timetable has just been revealed by Jon Prosser (who else?).

Keep August 10 and August 26 in your calendars.

“Dumping” on Twitter the reported announcement and launch dates of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4, as well as all the color possibilities for the Galaxy Watch 5 family, is back in full swing for Front Page Tech, a self-described developer of “stupid videos for clever people” on YouTube. Despite the fact that every small tidbit should be taken with a grain of salt for now, we wouldn’t be surprised if the entire tale came to light in August (give or take a few days and one or two color names). Planned and actual launch colors for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Watch 5 may be seen below. Samsung's current Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Watch 5 release plans and color schemes This month’s second Wednesday falls on August 10th, the day before Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked event. On August 11, 2021, the second Wednesday of the month, the Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Flip 3, Galaxy Watch 4, and Watch 4 Classic became official (and available for pre-order). That’s why pre-orders will begin in the United States on August 10, 2022 for the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, Galaxy Watch 5, and Watch 5 Pro, all of which will go on sale on August 26. Keeping in mind that it’s the last Thursday of the month, these bad boys’ predecessors were released commercially on August 27, 2021, which was also the last Thursday of that month. It’s possible that this schedule could change at the last minute, depending on how smoothly production progresses and how much demand there is for this product in the global market.

What can we expect in terms of color?

Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 chromatic calculation based on current predictions and what industry analyst Ross Young tweeted about little over one month ago is very fascinating and definitely complicated. Galaxy Z Fold 4 is expected to be available in at least two colors: phantom black and beige, as well as an eye-catching green and a more monotonous gray, according to Prosser (as per Ross Young). A Phantom Black Z Fold 3 and a Cream Z Flip 3 are shown here. – Planned and actual launch colors for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Watch 5 may be seen below. A Phantom Black Z Fold 3 is shown next to a Cream Z Flip 3. As for the Z Flip 4, both sources predict it will be painted in a total of four tones; despite their differing descriptions, these four shades are almost certainly the same. “Light purple” (aka light violet), “pink gold” (or just gold), and blue/light blue are among the colors we’ll be discussing today. The Galaxy Watch 5 family is expected to contain “normal” 40 and 44mm models, as well as an extra-large 46mm Pro model, which is expected to replace the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. A ghostly black and silver paint treatment is expected for all three models, with the tiny Galaxy Watch 5 also expected to come in pink gold and the larger non-Pro version dubbed “Sapphire” and characterized as “blueish” per Prosser’s insider information.
